Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping for all orders made on Viper Slacklines Online Store. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 5 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
We use flat-rate shipping of R80 for orders within Cape Town and R150 for orders anywhere in South Africa.
All shipments are processed in our Cape Town office and will be sent out from there.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of South Africa.(if you are interested in ordering internationally please contact us at Info@viperslacklines.com )
