1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that slacklining is an inherently dangerous sport. Participation involves risks including, but not limited to, falls, equipment failure, and physical exertion, which may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and expressly assume all risks associated with this activity.

2. Waiver and Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Event Organizers, the Market Management, and all staff or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for:

  Personal injury or death.

  Loss or damage to personal property.
  
• 
  Medical expenses arising from participation.
  

This waiver applies regardless of whether the injury or loss is caused by the negligence of the organisers or otherwise.

3. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am in good health and have no physical conditions that would make my participation unsafe for myself or others.

4. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any loss, liability, or costs they may incur due to my presence at the event or my participation in the activity.
